Opening Hours
We operate 7 days a week so you can call and make an appointment for anytime outside our regular hours. If it is not possible to visit the shop; business/home visits are available, without obligation to purchase, for a fixed fee*. Or you can purchase our products on-line.
Our retail / workshop regular hours are as follows:

Additionally, we are closed on Easter Friday and we close on Christmas Eve at 4pm and do not re-open until our first normal working day on or after the 2nd January. WE CAN STILL BE CONTACTED DURING THESE PERIODS IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT SERVICE.
Contact hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Saturday and 8am to 4pm Sunday. If you choose to call between these hours and we can not answer, please leave a message and we will call you back within 2 working hours. E-mails received during these hours will be responded to within 2 working hours.
* Home visits can be booked on line but must be arranged by phone - appointment times are subject to availability. The fixed fee is currently £15 and will be credited against any purchase over £75 made as a direct result of the visit. The fixed fee includes travel up to 15 miles from our workshop, additional miles are charged extra @ 50p per mile. Unfortunately, we can not offer credit for the additional milage part of our visit charges.
